Nice To Know You Wednesday

Hello. I know it is not Wednesday anymore as I write this post but ey it is still Wednesday on the other part of the planet so my post counts. hehe..

So this is a post wherein I get to answer five questions regarding my life. I saw this Meme on my co-blogger's post Miss Cielo. The idea of course of the whole "Nice To Know You Wednesday Meme" was from its author Mum Writes. I find it interesting so I decided to enter.

Family Day with my Little Girl

Hi! How are you today?  This post is about our Family Day Celebration last Saturday at my daughter's school. It was a perfect timing for me to spend quality time with my daughter because I was busy the past few weeks with my work and haven't had a bonding time with her in a while.
We left home at 8am to participate in the motorcade but to our surprise, the program is about to start when we arrive and the motorcade was over. Oh my! (Next time I'll ask for a Programme a day before!) So Jaja(my child) hurried to go back stage for they will sing the National Anthem.
This is our Official T-Shirt for the Grade One Team.

Nail Art: Woody Mood Flowers

HI! Valentines is fast approaching, any plans yet? Well as for me, I don't have any plans for Valentines. Maybe a bonding moment with my daughter would be enough. But if my friends will invite me to a group date, why not? ;)
Here is another nail art design that you could wear on Valentines Day. A woody colored flowery design that might compliment your wonderful dress on Hearts day.

My Nail Art Gifts

Hi!.. I just want to show you the nail art gifts I received last year. It was a nice feeling that people around me understands my passion for this art and supports me all the way. Though I know not everyone understands us (nail art addicts), I still notice that my stash grew a lot more. One these day I will show you my collection.

Some of my friends even suggested that I make a business out of it but I just don't know yet. I don't know how a nail art salon runs because I didn't have the chance to visit one. Maybe someday. Or to those who makes nail art a source of income, can you share your tips on how it is? Please.. :(

A Christmas gift from my Brother.

A "pasalubong" from my super friend from her vacation im Malaysia.
Thanks for dropping by.. Good vibes to you.. ^_^

Nail Art: My Wedding Nails

Hello... How are you today? I'm sharing my wedding nail art that I've made since everybody's attention seems to be on Prince William's wedding which has been quoted as the "Wedding of the Century". I might as well share what would my nails look like if I were there to witness them.. *lol*

I made a raining hearts design on my thumb, pinky, middle fingers, then on my ring finger is a wedding band and on my index finger is a tuxedo for the groom. I hope you like it and thanks for visiting my blog. Best wishes!!

Nail Art: Silver Party with Martini

I made this nail art because I attended the 25th birthday of a friend. Her motif was silver and it will be flooded with drinks and food. I used a silver polish and LA Colors Rainbow glitter as a base. I draw a matini glass as if it was spilling and wrote "Party 'til Dawn" on my thumb using an art pen. Oh by the way, I don't know if the bottle was a martini, champagne or a love potion..*grin*

You could also use this in your bar hopping nights. I hope you like it. Drop a comment, let me know what you think of my design. Thanks.!

New Year Celebration the Provincial Way

Happy New Year to you...

Thanks for visiting my blog. As you can see, this is only my second post. Sorry if this is not about nails. ;)) This is about how we spend the first day of the year here in our place.

We conducted a parlor games for the children to enjoy in my favorite aunt's house in Kenram where I think 40 children waited for our arrival. This is our way of giving back or sharing what had been given to us in the past year. We packed candies for our prices. It was simple yet fun..super fun..!
My sister Lyn, the tall lady on the left, was the facilitator of the event. Me, as usual, is the emcee and photographer.

Everybody knows this.. Tug of War!!

Egg Hunting.. This is my favorite. A blindfolded contestant with a stick will hunt the egg then crush it with the stick. Nobody won because all of them was spanking the soils instead..hehehe..

Calamansi Relay

Sack Race

After the games, the children went home with their pockets full of gooodies and smiles on their faces. It felt good that in our own little way we have made their New Year memorable. God bless you..
